2022 Echo Pinot Gris Gewürztraminer Méthod Ancestrale (sparkling)

SPARKLING 75% Pinot Gris and 25% Gewurztraminer, from a Single Vineyard, Co-Fermented on the Skins for Five Days. Cloudy salmon peach color with an aromatic nose. Fruity, herbal, and earthy. This fermentation was 100% spontaneous and the wine is unfined and unfiltered.
