2022 Eocene Grenache
Hand picked, hand sorted, fully destemmed from a LIVE certified sustainable vineyard. We fermented in an open top container with daily gentle punch downs for about 15 days before pressing and racking to a neutral french oak barrel. Really beautiful bright ruby color. Super strawberry on the nose with bright cherry cola and cedar notes. Clean fresh fruit forward palate. Great with a slight chill on it during warmer months, would be lovely for the holidays as a lighter bodied red that goes with just about anything.
