75% Pinot Gris and 25% Gewurztraminer, from a Single Vineyard, Co-Fermented on the Skins for Five Days. Cloudy salmon peach color with an aromatic nose. Fruity and herbal like melon, stone fruit, rose bush, lavender and chamomile. Slightly feral and earthy. No residual sugar, excellent weight and texture, with a clean fruit profile.
