2021 Eocene Reserve Chardonnay

A blend of three different vineyards; Robinson in the north Willamette valley, and Kristin hill and sometimes a grape notion vineyards in Eola Amity, all picked at different times and residing in unique microclimates. This blend was fermented by vineyard and then blind blended back together with the best barrels to create our “reserve” chardonnay. Gorgeous aromatics like honey, almond, peach and pineapple, beautiful golden hue. The mouthfeel is silky and luscious, with a strong acid backbone to brighten the palate. Well struck balance between acid and body. Long lemony stone fruit finish.
