A blend of two vineyards and three different pick dates gave us added complexity of aromas and refreshing acidity. All fruit was hand harvested, hand sorted, foot tread and gently pressed directly to barrel. A lovely and aromatic example of oregon chardonnay. Great acid on the palate with aromas of pineapple, lemon bar and ripe peach. We love the slight nuttyness on the palate and the lush mouthfeel. Classic chardonnay that will age beautifully.
